Luminari Doc ("the Service", "we", "us") is an AI-powered document analysis service operated by Slim Labbane Dit Kalti, sole proprietor ("the Operator"). Contact: hello@luminaridoc.com.
Luminari Doc lets you upload business documents and receive AI-generated analyses (such as contract summaries, financial report digests, and structured action items) delivered by email. Processing takes place entirely on servers located in the European Union; see the Privacy Policy for details of our processors.
All analyses are generated by artificial intelligence and are provided for informational purposes only. They do not constitute legal, financial, tax, or other professional advice, and may contain errors or omissions. You must have any analysis verified by a qualified professional before relying on it for any decision. You remain solely responsible for decisions made on the basis of the Service's output.
Prices are shown at checkout. Payments are processed by Paddle, our merchant of record, which handles billing, taxes, and payment data. Subscriptions renew automatically each month until cancelled; you can cancel at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
"Unlimited" plans are subject to fair use consistent with the needs of a single business. We may throttle or decline processing that indicates automated abuse or resale of the Service.
You retain all rights to your documents. You receive full rights to use the analyses generated for you. We retain all rights to the Service itself, including prompts, software, and branding.
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice where practicable.
To the maximum extent permitted by law: (a) the Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind; (b) we are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, or for loss of profits, business, or data; and (c) our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the total fees you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
You will indemnify us against claims arising from documents you upload in breach of Section 4.
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms, with a refund of any unused prepaid period where the breach is not serious.
We may update these terms; material changes will be announced by email or on this page at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Amsterdam, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence.
